Classification of International Organizations in a New Perspective

国际组织的传统分类方法存在明显的缺憾,不利于学术界对国际组织的运行机制、状况和发展趋势作深入的探讨。根据决策程序的不同,将国际组织分为联大型、加权型、盟主型和混合型四种类型,通过对上述四种类型国际组织特征的分析,有助于对国际组织发展历程和趋势的研究,尤其是对北约最终命运的分析和把握。

The traditional classification of international organizations, with an obvious flaw, is not conducive to the academic community, analysis of international organizations, operating mechanism, conditions and trends for in-depth discussion. According to the different decision-making process, international organizations can be divided into four types, namely, joint, large weighted, leader of an alliance-type and mixed international organizations. The analysis on the characteristics of international organizations of above-mentioned four types helps the research of the course of development and trends in international organizations, especially for the grasp and analysis of the ultimate fate of NATO.
