^(60)Co-γ辐射诱变小麦M_3代品质性状的遗传变异分析 被引量:8

摘要 用300 Gy的^(60)Co-γ射线辐射小麦品种涡9722的干种子,对M_3代341个株行的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值和硬度4个品质性状进行了遗传变异分析和SSR分子鉴定。结果表明,以超过均值±2×标准差确定变异株行,在M_3代群体中,蛋白质含量有15个株行发生正向变异,8个株行发生负向变异;湿面筋含量有11个株行发生正向变异,4个株行发生负向变异;沉降值有13个株行发生正向变异,15个株行发生负向变异;硬度有4个株行发生正向变异,14个株行发生负向变异。相关分析表明,M_3群体4个品质性状间呈极显著正相关,表现出平行变异的趋势。初步筛选出蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量符合国家强筋小麦标准的株行15个,符合国家弱筋小麦标准的株行1个。经SSR分子标记检测,以上16个变异株行控制蛋白质的基因位点发生了变异。 Dry seeds of wheat GUO 9722 were radiated by 6o Co-γ ray with the dose of 300 Gy. The genetic variation analysis of content of protein, content of gluten,zeleny and hardness of 341 lines in M3 population were carried out, and the mutants were identified by using SSR molecular marker. The results showed that depending on the criterion of over mean ±2 SD, there were 15 lines of positive variation and 8 lines of negative variation in content of protein, 11 lines of positive variation and 4 lines of negative variation in content of wet gluten, 13 lines of positive variation and 15 lines of negative variation sedimentation in, and 14 lines of positive variation and 14 lines of negative variation in :hardness. The results of correlation analysis indicated that there were parallel variations of four quality characters in M3. Based on the phenotype identification, 15 strong-gluten lines and 1 weak-gluten line accorded with national criterion in protein content and gluten content are selected primarily. Genetic variation loci of protein could be detected in those 16 mutant lines by using SSR.
