摘要
目的分析基层医院骨科护士工作倦怠产生的原因和心理健康状况,及其与社会支持之间的相关性,探讨一种能缓解骨科护士工作倦怠的方法。方法分别利用中式工作倦怠量表(CMBI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对112名骨科护士进行工作倦怠、心理健康状况和社会支持现状的测评。结果轻度工作倦怠检出率为34.8%,中度工作倦怠检出率为30.3%,高度工作倦怠检出率为4.0%。心理健康状况方面,骨科护士在SCL-90评分中总分、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执等方面均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。骨科护士工作倦怠与社会支持呈负相关。结论基层医院骨科护士工作倦怠发生率较高,主观支持和客观支持均可缓解护士的不良情绪,降低工作倦怠发生率,也可提高护士的心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the nurse job burnout and social support, to explore a method to alleviate the job burnout. Methods 112 orthopedics nurses were investigated by Chinese burnout inventory( CMBI), SCL-90 and social support rating scale(SSRS). Results The detection rate of light job burnout was 34.8% , the moderate was 30.3% , the high degree was 4.0%. In mental health the scores of SCL-90 in the final score, force, relationships, depression, anxiety and bigotry were higher than norm, there were significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The job burnout frequency of orthopedic nurses was higher, the subjective support and utilization of support can relieve the negative emotions, reduce the frequency of job burnout, improve nurses' mental health.
