摘要
目的探讨供应部员工的培训方法。方法选择2009年6月至2010年3月参与培训的19名员工的资料,并进行教学评估与分析。结果分阶段测评为选拔新员工提供了条件和依据;受训人员呈现出个性化发展的良好效果。结论通过培训缩短了新人员工的初选时间,加快了人员培训的速度。
Objective To research the method of training on workers in supply department. Methods Nineteen workers' data are evaluated and analyzed, which were recorded in the training period from June 2009 to March 2010. Results The basis requirements of selecting new employees are provided by phased evaluation ; and the good effect of development on workers' personalization is appeared. Conclusions The selection time of the new workers is shortened, and the training is accelerated.
