肝炎肝硬化患者治疗依从性及其影响因素分析

Analysis of treatment compliance and influential factors of hepatitis patients with cirrhosis

目的 了解肝炎肝硬化患者治疗依从性及其影响因素,为护理工作提供科学依据.方法 对84例肝炎肝硬化住院患者进行问卷调查,并对调查资料进行统计分析.结果 肝炎肝硬化患者治疗依从性总得分为（39.42±9.03）分.经济条件、肝病知识、社会支持等是其主要影响因素.结论 肝炎肝硬化患者治疗依从性不佳,应引起医护人员的高度重视,以增强患者对疾病的认识,促进患者早日康复.

Objective To understand the treatment compliance and its influence factors in patients with liver cirrhosis, and provide scientific reference for nursing. Methods A survey was conducted using a questionnaire on 84 hospitalized patients with liver cirrhosis. Results Total score of treatment compliance in patients with liver cirrhosis is （39.42 ± 9.03） ,and the main impact factors are economy conditions, knowledge of liver disease, and social support. Conclusions Better understanding of disease in patients and a quicker rehabilitation will be achieved if we pay more attention to the poor treatment compliance in patients with liver cirrhosis.
