Effect of the low-frequence electronic pulse to diabetic gastroparesis

目的 观察低频电脉冲治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的效果.方法 选取糖尿病胃轻瘫患者43例,给予低频电脉冲治疗及护理干预,观察治疗的有效率及治疗前后患者的血糖、血脂及症状评分情况.结果 43例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及甘油三酯水平下降,症状评分减少,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 低频电脉冲治疗可明显改善糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的症状,有利于血糖的控制.

Objective To observe the effect of the low-frequence electronic pulse and clinical nursing intervention to diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 43 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were interviewed, all of them received low-frequence electronic pulse treatment and clinical nursing intervention, the blood glucose,blood-lipid and the symptom grade before and after the treatment were compared. Results The levels of the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and triglyceride descended, the symptom grade lowed,there were significant differences. Conclusions The low-frequence electronic pulse can improve the symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis, and it is propitious to control the blood glucose.
