Application of EUBS-TBNA in clinical analysis and its nursing cooperation

目的 探讨EUBS-TBNA术在肺门淋巴结及纵隔肿物活检中的临床应用和护理配合.方法 自2010年6-8月,对中山大学肿瘤防治中心16例患者进行了EUBS-TBNA术,术中给予相应的护理配合.结果 16例患者术中顺利,术后没有明显并发症,10例患者为阳性病理诊断.结论 EUBS-TBNA术由于经气管镜超声引导下穿刺,对于肺门淋巴结肿大、纵隔肿物患者的定性诊断具有操作简单、微创、检查安全性好、准确率高的优势.熟练地操作技术及科学、严格周密的护理配合是避免术后并发症,顺利完成检查的关键.

Objective To investigate the clinical application and the nursing cooperation of pulmonary lymph node and mediastinal enlargement biopsy. Methods The data of 16 consecutive patients who underwent EBUS-TBNA were reviewed from June to August, 2010. Results All 16 patients underwent EBUS-TBNA without procedure related complications. 10 cases was positive pathology analysis. Conclusions Due to EBUSTBNA punctures under the guidance of endobronchial ultrasound, it has the advantages of simple operation,small injure, safe check and high correctness rate to the patients with pulmonary lymph node and mediastinal enlargement. Skillfully operating the technology and scientifically and strictly nursing cooperation are key to avoid complication after operation and smoothly complete the check.
