摘要
2008年奥运会志愿者招募工作开始之后,奥运志愿者的培训工作也拉开帷幕,在短期内使不同行业的志愿者达到奥运会服务工作的标准,运用最合适的方式全面提高志愿者的整体素质,是作为管理工作者急需解决的问题。本文从志愿者的非智力因素培训出发,分别从奥运志愿者的性格、情感、意志、动机及兴趣等方面入手,从引导性培训、基础性培训和提高性培训的层面上,全面提升培训者的综合素质。
The non-intelligence factors training of volunteer at beijing olympic games began after the enlisting work.It's a problem for the managers that makes the volunteer reach Olympiad serving standard in a short time by the rightest way.The main body of the study start with several aspects such as character,emotion,will,motivation and interest of Olympic Games volunteer,and respectively from the basis trains,improves nature training and all-round lifting trains coas to improve the synthesis quality of the volunteer.
