摘要
在速滑普修课弯道技术教学中,依据运动技能形成的机制和动作技能的及时反馈,运用录像一反馈控制法,为学生提供一个研究、对比、探索、更正的条件,有利于激发学生学习的兴趣和积极思维习惯,充分发挥学生为教学主体,激发学生的主观能动性,是非常科学和有针对性教学手段。
In the common course of speed skating,according to the mechanisms of motor skill formation and its prompt feedback,application of Video Recording-Reaction Control Teaching Method will provide the students a condition of research,contradistinction,exploration and correction,which is advantageous to stimulate the interest and the positive thought custom of the students,therefore the teaching main body of the students is displayed,the student's subjective initiative is stimulated so the video-recording feedback control teaching method is an extremely scientific and targeted teaching method in the modern teaching.
