高校体育是实施素质教育和培养全面发展人才的重要途径,又是终身体育中最重要的、带有决定性意义的中间环节。"程序"教学法是程序教学理论和控制理论的基础上发展起来的。本文采用了文献资料、实验、访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对程序教学法进行了深入细致的研究。研究表明:程序教学法用于普通高校排球选项课技术教学中是可行的。

The P.E.of Colleges Universities is the important path that carries out education and develop an overall development person with ability,and it is the most important and decisive middle link in the whole life athletics.The procedure teaching method develops on the basis of the procedure teaching theories and the control theory.This paper makes use of the methods of documentary experment,mathematical statistic and logic analysis.We establish the procedure textbook of dropping shot for volleyball.Research shows that it is viable from the procedure teaching method used for volleyball options lesson technique teaching in regular university.
