Investigation and Analyse on the Current Situation of Athletics′ Reserve Talented Person of Heilongjiang Province

采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈及数理统计等研究方法,对黑龙江省田径竞技后备人才培养问题进行深入调查,对调查获得的资料和有效数据进行剖析,客观地反映黑龙江省田径后备人才培养现状及存在的主要问题,进而提出发展性的对策或建议,为进一步推动黑龙江省田径竞技后备人才队伍建设提供理论和实践的依据。

The article uses research method such as documentary and materials,questionnaire investigation,visiting and statistics law and so on,which carring out thorough investigation on Heilongjiang province track and field athletics reserve personnel training,analysing to the data and effective data by gaining,reflect the current situation and some existence problems that Heilongjiang province track and field reserve talented person trains objectively,bring forward the developing countermeasure or suggestion,and then provide the basic of theory and practice for the talented person team that Heilongjiang province track and field athletics further.
