Application of Frequency Control Power-saving Technology on Explosion-proof Motor Used in Petrochemical Industry

Frequency control power-saving technology on explosion proof motor practiced in Jiujiang petrochemical company of sinopec corporation is introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,it enumerates the rebuild example of its application on fresh feed pump of residual oil,heater blower and transferpump of liquid ammonia.The practice proved that application of frequency control technology not only reduces the failure rate and prolong the service life for the equipments such as explosion-proof motor,blower fan,pumping machine and valve,but also save the electric energy significant.Thereby,it realizes teh economical operation for such equipments,to increase both of economic and social benefits for the manufacturers and push on the energy saving,the continuing decline of the efficiency to promote,build low-cost and sustainable development among the enterprises in petrochemical industry.
