摘要
聚氨酯树脂锚固剂是国内外矿井常用的一种加固潮湿、有水矿井围岩用锚固剂,它有发泡膨胀作用,能使物料渗入裂隙中,固化后则将煤岩体粘结成一体从而达到加固补强的目的,针对聚氨酯化学加固材料价格较高这一缺点,不能大面积推广使用,从涤纶生产过程中产生的PET废料入手,通过它和多元醇在一定条件下发生降解和酯化反应,生成一种摩尔质量适宜的聚酯多元醇,代替部分价格较高的聚醚多元醇,从而研制出适用于煤岩化学加固材料的聚酯多元醇,降低了聚氨酯矿用化学加固材料的成本。
The anchoring agent of polyurethane resin was common used as surronding rock for consolida- ting the wet and with water mine at home and abroad. It had the foaming swelling effect, and being able to make material seep into a crack. It could integrate the mine and rock as a whole after solidification thus strengthened and made it strong. Aimed at the shortcoming that chemistry consolidating material's price was high for polyurethane which was unable to be applied in large area, this paper started with the PET waste material in production of polyester, produced polyester polyols with appropriate molecular weight by degradation and esterification with polyols to replace part of polyester polyols which was expensive, thus this experiment produced a polyester polyols applicable to coal and rock chemical reinforcement material, and reduced the costs of PET for mine chemical reinforced material.
