摘要
采用聚丁烯和高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)对聚苯醚(PPE)进行共混改性,研究了聚丁烯用量对HIPS改性PPE材料的机械性能、加工性能和耐化学应力开裂性能的影响。结果表明,当聚丁烯的质量分数为5%时,HIPS/PPE的熔体质量流动速率和材料的耐化学应力开裂性提高了近一倍,刚性和耐热性能下降较小。
Polyphenylene ether(PPE)was blending modified by polybutene(PB)and high-impact polystyrene(HIPS),made research on the mechanical properties,processing performance and resistance to chemical stress cracking performance of polybutenes on the modification of PPE ether,the result showed with 5% PB,melt flow index and chemical crack resistance of modified polyphenylene ethers nearly doubled,but rigidity and heat resistance were modestly reduced.
