摘要
采用Haake高压毛细管流变仪研究了聚对苯二甲酰癸二胺(尼龙10T)的流变行为,得到了熔体表观黏度与温度、切应力、剪切速率的流变曲线以及切应力与剪切速率的关系。结果表明,尼龙10T是非牛顿假塑性流体,表观黏度与温度关系符合Arrhenius方程,随温度升高,非牛顿指数变大,在315~335℃范围内,其非牛顿指数n为0.6499~0.7000;在剪切速率为199.8~3000s-1时,其黏度值受温度影响较大,即实现黏度降低,升高温度远比增大切应力所得效果明显。。
The rheological properties of PA10T was investigated by means of Haake rheometer,the curves of melt apparent viscosity with temperature,shear stress,shear rate was researched and the relationship of shear stress with shear rate was found.The results showed that PA10T melt was non-Newtonian paeudoplastic fluid and the curves of apparent viscosity with temperature was fit with the equation of Arrhenius.Non-Newtonian index increased with the increase of temperature,which value was 0.649 9~0.7 when the set temperature was between 315~335℃.When the shear rate was 199.8~3 000s-1,the viscosity value was affected larger by temperature.The viscosity decreased obviously than in the increasing shear stress condition.
