摘要
采用能量色散型X射线荧光光谱仪测量无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金中的磷含量,对检出限、样品形状及测量时间的确定进行了研究,并作了样品的稳定性试验。实验结果表明,该方法检出限可达123mg/kg,测试样品选用质地均匀的板材时测试结果的重复性较好,样品的时间稳定性为6d。
Using energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(EDXRF),introduced a rapid determination method of phosphorus content in non-halogen fire resistant plastics of polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(PC/ABS).Studied detection limit,the sample shape,measurement of time,and the test of samples stability.The detection limit was 123 mg/kg.When using homogeneous circular board samples,test result was provided with excellent repeatability and the time stability was six days.
