摘要
采用DSC方法测试了PC/PBT(70/30,质量份)共混体系及在体系中加入乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(AX8900)共混物的玻璃化温度,研究了AX8900对PC/PBT共混体系性能的影响。结果表明:AX8900改善了PC/PBT共混体系两相间的相容性,而且极大地提高了PC/PBT共混体系的冲击强度和断裂伸长率,AX8900用量为1phr时,共混体系的综合性能较好。
By using different scanning calorimeter(DSC)tested the glass transition temperatures of both polycarbonate/ polybutylene terephthalate(PC/PBT)(70/30,phr)and PC/PBT/ ethylene-acrylic-methylacrylic acid glycedyl(AX8900)blending systems,and studied the effects of AX8900 on the mechanical properties of PC/PBT(70/30)blends.The results showed that the compatibility between two phases of PC/PBT was enhanced by the addition of AX8900,also the impact strength and elongation at break was greatly improved.When the AX8900 amount was 1 phr,the blends had better overall performance.
