中西医结合治疗急性胆囊炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment acute cholecystitis by combination of TCM with Western medicine

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗急性胆囊炎临床疗效. 方法 分析88例急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用抗生素及对症治疗;观察组采用抗生素、对症治疗的同时加用中药. 结果 观察组临床症状改善明显高于对照组,临床疗效明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）. 结论 中西医结合治疗急性胆囊炎临床症状改善明显,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of combination TCM with Western on acute cholecystitis. Methods To analyze clinical data of 088 cases with acute cholecystitis in our hospital,which were divided into obsenvation group and control group. Results The improvement rate of clinical symptom in observation group was higher than control group,the clinical curative effect was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of acute cholecystitis by combination of TCM with Western was good,and is valuable in clinical applicetion.
