活动平板运动试验137例临床分析

The clinical analysis of treadmill exercise test in 137 patients

目的 探讨活动平板运动试验在冠心病诊断中的临床意义. 方法 收集137例具有胸痛、胸闷、心悸等症状,但心电图表现正常的患者,对其进行活动平板运动试验并予以分析. 结果 137例患者中有78例出现阳性,阳性率为56.9%. 结论 活动平板运动试验可提高冠心病的诊断率与敏感性,在冠心病的诊断和治疗中具有重要的临床意义.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods 137 patients with chest pain,chest distress and palmus but without the change of ECG were selected.Treadmill exercise test was used. Results 78 patients were positive and the positive rate was 56.9%,while the negative rate was 43.1%. Conclusion Treadmill exercise test could improve the diagnosis rate and sensitivity rate of coronary artery disease.It plays an important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease.
