前列地尔联合肝素钠治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效观察 被引量:2

Efficacy investigation of combination therapy with AlprostadU Lipo preparation and enoxaprian in acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的 观察前列地尔联合肝素钠治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效. 方法 将60例临床确诊为急性冠脉综合征的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例在常规给予ASA、硝酸酯、他汀类、抗心绞痛药物、依诺肝素基础上加用前列地尔治疗;对照组30例常规给予ASA、硝酸酯、他汀类药物及依诺肝素治疗,两组疗程均为10 d;观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图变化、血脂变化等. 结果 治疗组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为96.7%、83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组心电图变化改善率分别为93.3%,80.0%两组比较(均P<0.01). 结论 前列地尔联合肝素钠治疗急性冠脉综合征具有良好的疗效. Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy with alprostadil Lipo preparation (lipo-pge1)and enoxaprian in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods A total of 60 ACS patients were randomly divided into two groups.The therapy group were treated with ASA,nitrates,statins,enoxaprian and alprostadil 10 days for a course,the control group were treated with ASA,nitrates,statins and enoxaprian 10 days for a course.Clinical symptoms,ECG changes,blood lipid changes were measured before and after treatments. Results The total effective rate of the therapy group and control group in-patient treatment within 10 days were 96.7% and 83.3%(P〈0.01).The remission rate of angina pectoris,improvement rate of ECG changes and lipid levers were better in therapy group than those in control group(all P〈0.01). Conclusion It was effective to use Alprostadil Lipo agent combination with enoxaprian in treatment of ACS.
