摘要
为通过摩擦振动分析缸套-活塞环的磨损状态,提出利用连续小波变换(CWT)时频谱和图像处理技术相结合提取摩擦振动信号特征的新方法。首先运用CWT变换获取摩擦振动信号的时频谱二次图像,然后运用图像分割技术提取摩擦振动特征体,根据特征体定义特征参数V、Gmean、HV、Mtf、N和e,探讨特征参数与磨损状态的内在联系。结果表明,特征参数V、Gmean、HV和N刻画了磨损行为的复杂和剧烈程度,特征参数Mtf和e反映了磨损表面状态。利用CWT二次图像和图像分割技术可对缸套-活塞环摩擦振动进行定量表征。
In order to analyze cylinder-piston ring wear state,a method was developed,which uses continuous wavelet transform(CWT) theory and image processing technology to study and extract the features of frictional vibration.CWT theory is used to acquire time frequency images of frictional vibration,and image segmentation technique is used to get the characteristic objects of frictional vibration.Based on the characteristic objects,characteristic parameters V,Gmean,HV,Mtf,N and e are extracted to study the intrinsic relationship between CWT time-frequency spectrum(TFS) and friction wear status.Results show that characteristic parameters V,Gmean,HV and N characterize the complexity and intensity of wear behavior,and parameters Mtf and e show the state of worn surface.The CWT TFI characteristic parameters of cylinder-piston ring frictional vibration signals can be used to quantitatively describe the vibration signal characteristics of frictional vibration of cylinder-piston ring.
