摘要
目的探讨用自制加长电刀在支撑喉镜下行会厌囊肿切除术的可行性及治疗效果。方法用自制加长电刀在支撑喉镜下对65例会厌囊肿行切除手术,并随访6个月以上。结果 65例患者均一次性治愈,无一例复发。结论用自制加长电刀在支撑喉镜下切除会厌囊肿,具有操作简单、术中出血少、视野清晰、无复发、治疗效果确切等优点。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effects of epiglottis cyst resection by self-made long electrotome.Methods Epiglottis cyst resection by self-made long electrotome were performed in 65 cases.The follow-up time was more than 6 months.Results All cases were radical cured and none relapsed.Conclusion Epiglottis cyst resection by self-made long electrotome is a simple procedure and has the charactertics of little loss of blood,clear vision,no relapse and definite effect.
