摘要
云南播卡金矿的矿石颗粒微小、含炭质高。在该金矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对比分析了原设计单位推荐的矿石处理方案,指出对氧化矿拟用全泥氰化炭浸、原生矿拟用浮选加重选的工艺流程,减少了因矿样含炭质高而降低金的回收率的影响,同时使得各项生产指标十分理想,金回收率高达90%左右。
The refractory gold ore from Boka,Yunnan province,consists of small particles an dits carbon content is high.Based on the process mineralogy research of the refractory goldore,the various treating schemes for this gold ore,which were recom mended by design institutes,were analyzed and compared,it was pointed out that the mineral processing flowsheet of the oxidized ore should be all-slime cyanidat ion and carbon leaching,moreover,the mineral processing flowsheet of the primar y ore should be gravity separation-flotation,so the influence of high carbon con tent in the gold ore on the recovery rate of gold can be reduced,simultaneously production ideal indexes can be obtained,the recovery rate of gold ore can reaches as high as about 90%.
