摘要
对高压异步电动机的起动进行了分析;对用于驱动风机、水泵、磨煤机和排粉机等重载起动设备的高压异步电动机造成频繁损坏的机理进行了合理的解释。通过采用维持定子不变,对转子铁心、笼条、端环进行重新优化设计以得到理想的起动性能的技术改造方法,使电动机的起动转矩提高,起动时间缩短,避免转子损坏,为解决普通异步电动机驱动重载起动设备损坏的问题找到了一条低投入、高性能输出的有效途径。
