竹原纤维/丙纶纬编针织复合材料的制备及拉伸性能研究

摘要 以竹原纤维纱线和丙纶长丝为原料,在电脑横机上织造了平针、罗纹和罗纹空气层3种纬编针织物,再用热压成型方法将其制成复合材料,并进行拉伸性能测试。实验结果表明:3种复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量都是纵行方向大于横列方向,而断裂伸长率则相反;在3种不同的组织结构中,平针复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量最大,罗纹空气层复合材料次之,罗纹复合材料最小;对罗纹复合材料而言,较佳的热压温度和时间分别是175℃和10min。 Three types of weft knitted fabrics including plain,rib and Milano were made on a computerized flat knitting machine using bamboo spun yarn and polypropylene filament.These fabrics formed three composites by the heat-pressing method.The tensile properties of composite samples were tested.The results show that the tensile strength and elastic modulus in the wale direction of all samples are greater than those in the course direction,but the breaking elongation is opposite.In the three different structures,plain composite's tensile strength and elasticity modulus are the highest,rib is second and Milano is minimum.For rib composites,the optimal pressing temperature and time are 175℃ and 10 minutes separately.
