摘要 采用浸渍法制备了负载型催化剂CuO/γ-Al_2O_3和Fe_2O_3/γ—Al_2O_3,以甲基橙为代表化合物,考察了制备因素对催化活性的影响,结果表明,CuO/γ-Al_2O_3的活性高于Fe_2O_3/γ-Al_2O_3,催化湿式氧化甲基橙2 h,脱色率接近100%。正交试验和稳定性研究表明,焙烧温度对催化活性影响较大,350℃焙烧,催化剂活性组分Cu溶出较少,且重复使用情况较好。采用SEM和XRD等手段对CuO/γ-Al_2O_3进行表征,发现其活性组分分散度良好。 CuO/γ-Al2O3 and Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 catalysts for the catalytic wet peroxide oxidation were pre- pared by impregnation method. The effects of preparation condition of the catalysts were studied using the catalytic wet peroxide oxidation of methyl orange as the probe reaction. The results showed that the activity of CuO/γ-Al2O3 was higher than Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 , and its decoloration rate reached almost 100% after methyl orange was oxidated for 2 h. The results of orthogonal and stability tests indicated that the calcina- tion temperature has the biggest influence on the catalytic activity;Cu leaching of the catalyst calcined at 350 ℃ was less and its repeated use properties were well. The results of SEM and XRD characterization showed that the active components were well dispersed on the surface of CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst.
