耐二甲醚/柴油混合燃料的橡胶材料研究 被引量:2

摘要 柴油机燃用二甲醚/柴油混合燃料可以进一步地降低NOx和碳烟等主要排放指标,但柴油中掺入二甲醚后将造成燃料与燃油系统中橡胶密封件的相容性问题。按照通用的ASTM规范要求,试验研究不同特性密封橡胶的耐20%二甲醚/柴油混合燃料的性能。结果发现:与其他橡胶材料相比,丁腈橡胶在混合燃料中浸泡30天后,溶胀率低,力学性能变化相对较小且保持稳定。因此,丁腈橡胶可以在混合燃料发动机燃油系统中作为密封材料来使用。 Using dimethyl ether(DME)/diesel blended fuel for diesel engine can potentially reduce main emissions such as NOx and soot,while blending DME in diesel oil might cause compatible problem between rubber seal parts and the fuel in fuel system.To solve this problem,several rubbers which are usually used for different sealing circumstance were chosen to test their resistance to the diesel blended fuel containing 20%DMF.The testing procedures were conducted according to the related ASTM stands so that a general conclusion can be made.Experimental result shows that compared to other tested materials,nitrile butadiene rubber exhibits lower swelling rate and acceptable changes on its physical properties after 30 days immersion,indicating that it may be used for the modified engine fuel system with resistance to the diesel blended fuel containing 20% DMF.
