摘要
利用超音速微粒轰击技术对退火态40Cr钢的表面进行处理,研究轰击后表层的微观结构、显微硬度以及处理后材料表面的干摩擦性能,作为对比,同时研究未轰击40Cr钢以及轰击后抛光样品的干摩擦性能,利用扫描电子显微镜观察干摩擦实验后的表面形貌。结果表明,轰击后样品表面制备出纳米表层;随距离表面距离的增加,显微硬度先增加后减小;3种样品中,轰击后抛光样品的干摩擦性能最好,轰击处理样品次之,未轰击样品干摩擦性能最差,扫描电镜的干摩擦形貌分析与干摩擦实验结果相吻合。
The surface of annealled 40Cr steel was treated by Supersonic Particles Bombarding(SSPB).The microstructure and microhardness of treated surface were analysised,and dry sliding property of treated surface was studied compared with untreated 40Cr steel and polished SSPB sample.The surface morphology of samples after dry sliding test was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).A nanostrutured suface layer is fabricated on the 40Cr steel after SSPB treatment,and the microhardness increases at first and then decreases with the increasement of the distance to the surface.In dry sliding test,the wear rate of untreated 40Cr is the highest and that of polished SSPB 40Cr is the lowest.
