矿业生态工业园区若干问题探析

建设矿业生态工业园区,有利于矿业生产切实加快节能、降耗、减排,由"三高一低"(高投入、高能耗、高污染、低效益)向"三低一高"(低投入、低能耗、低污染、高效益)转变。本文主要论述了建设矿业生态工业园区中的生态链构建、物质流规划、管理模式等问题。

Construction of eco-industrial park is conducive to mineral mining production effectively accelerate energy conservation,energy,emission reduction,by the change of ＂three high and one low＂ （high input,high energy consumption,high pollution and low efficiency） into the ＂three low and one high＂ （low input,low power consumption,low pollution,high efficiency） change.This paper discusses the ecological chain,material flow planning,management and other issues in the construction of eco-industrial park in mining.
