摘要
为了更好地解决深井大断面"三软"巷道或硐室围岩难支护问题,基于赵庄煤矿盘区泵房的地质条件和变形破坏特点,提出了由初次高性能锚网喷支护和二次锚注支护组成的动态迭加耦合支护技术方案,并给出了详细的技术参数。研究结果表明:通过二次锚注加固,可形成积极主动有效的全断面锚注支护结构和多层组合拱(梁)结构,实现与巷道围岩的共同承载,提高了支护结构的整体性和承载能力,并使支护体内锚杆、锚索均转化为全长锚固,能够保证硐室围岩和支护结构较长时间内的稳定。工程应用实践表明,全断面二次锚注加固技术有效地控制了硐室变形,支护效果良好,具有良好的技术推广价值。同时,也为其他"三软"巷道或硐室的支护设计与施工,提供了理论依据和实践参考。
In order to solve the key problem of support technology of large section roadways or chambers in deep three-soft coal seam,the dynamic superimposed coupled support technology of initial bolting and shotcreting and secondary bolting and grouting was proposed,based on the geological conditions and deformation and broken characteristics of panel pump house chamber in Zhaozhuang mine.The detailed technical parameters were given in the surrounding rock control technology.The results show that the positive and effective structure of bolting and grouting in full section and multilayer combined voussoir beams were formed by secondary bolting and grouting.The rock bolts and pre-stressed anchors were turned into all-lengthy anchorage.Bearing together of support structure and surrounding rock was achieved,and integrity and bearing capacity of support structure was improved.The stability of surrounding rock and support structure was ensured for a long time.Practical application shows that the secondary bolting and grouting reinforcement can effectively control the deformation of chamber,and satisfactory reinforcement and technical-economic effects can be achieved.It also provides some references for other large section roadways or chambers support design and construct in deep three-soft coal seam.
