摘要
目的介绍信息熵在诊断试验评价meta分析中的应用。方法信息熵结合meta分析对IHC、MHI两种方法诊断HNPCC进行评价,与诊断试验meta分析SROC方法的结果进行对比。结果信息熵方法得到的结论与经典的SROC方法的结论一致,反映的信息量更大,是对经典SROC方法的有益补充。结论信息熵可以作为一种新的诊断试验评价meta分析的指标。
Objective：Introduction of entropy method in meta analysis of diagnostic test evaluation.Methods：Entropy method was performed in meta analysis of evaluating IHC and MHI,which were used to diagnose HNPCC,and compare the meta analysis results of entropy method and SROC method.Results：The conclusion of entropy method was consistent with the result of classical SROC method,reflecting a greater amount of information.Conclusion：Entropy method is a complement to the classic SROC method adn can be used as a new diagnostic test evaluation index of meta analysis.
