摘要
企业与员工之间的契约关系是企业员工心理所有权形成和存在的参照点。员工心理所有权的满足程度影响着员工的心理状态及其对目标物的态度,继而影响员工的行为选择。基于本土企业的数据验证了心理所有权与员工态度和行为之间的正相关关系。企业管理的重点应在培育和提高员工的心理所有权,除了正式所有权上的合理安排和分配外,企业管理者主要是要建立起有助于形成和加强员工组织承诺、工作满意度和组织自尊的企业文化。
The contractual relationship between enterprise and its employees is point of reference of the formation and existence of psychological ownership of employees.The degree of satisfaction of the psychological ownership affects the psychological state of employees and their attitudes towards the target,and then affects their behavior choices.The data based on local enterprises verify the positive correlation between the psychological ownership and employee attitudes and behaviors.Management should focus on training and promoting employee psychological ownership.Besides the reasonable arrangement and distribution of formal ownership,the business managers should build the corporate culture that will help the formation and strengthening of organizational commitment,job satisfaction and organizational self-esteem.
