摘要
在全球金融危机持续发展和对实体经济影响日益严重的形势下,公共就业服务作为实施积极就业政策的主要载体,在调节劳动力市场,促进就业方面发挥重要作用,成为各国应对危机,促进就业的主要手段。公共就业的新发展主要表现在三个方面:信息和通信技术在公共就业服务的应用、公共就业服务职能和组织方式的变革、公共就业服务机构与私营就业机构合作方式的创新。
As a main carrier for positive employment policy,the public employment service has been vital for labor market and employment promotion under the new situation of the Global Financial Crisis which has seriously affected the real economy,and has been the main means to promote employment by many countries to cope with the crisis.New development of public employment mainly lies in three aspects： applications of information and communication technology in the public employment service,reform of public employment service functions and organization types and the innovation of the cooperation ways of public employment service agencies and private employment agencies.
