摘要
在阐述新形势下加快软件服务业发展的战略意义、分析软件服务业发展趋势和发展环境的基础之上,研究了"十二五"时期我国软件服务业的发展思路,提出了主要任务、发展目标、产业重点和保障措施,以期为制定"十二五"我国软件服务业发展规划提供参考。
Based on the explanation of the strategic significance of accelerating software service industry development and the analysis of the development trend and environment,the general development strategy of China＇s software service industry in the Twelfth Five Years Plan is investigated and the development goals,main tasks,key industries and guarantee measures are proposed.It will be a reference for making China＇s software service industry developing planning in the Twelfth Five Years Plan.
