城市化质量的内涵及其评价指标体系的构建

The Connotation of Urbanization Quality and the Constructionof Its Evaluation Index System

对城市化质量的研究日益受到政府和有关专家的重视,但对其内涵往往有不同的理解。本文对城市化质量的内涵进行了深入探讨,认为城市化质量的具体涵义应包括三个方面内容:一是城市自身的发展质量;二是城市化推进的效率;三是实现城乡一体化的程度,并以此为基础构建了一套城市化质量评价的指标体系,阐述了城市化质量评价的方法过程。

The research of urbanization quality has been appreciated by the government and relevant experts,but its content interpretations are often different.In this paper,there is a thorough discussion about the quality of the content of urbanization,and believe that the quality of the specific meaning of urbanization should include three aspects： First,the quality of the city＇s own development;Second,the efficiency of urbanization;Third,the degree of integration of urban and rural.On this basis,we build a city-based quality evaluation index system of quality assessment and describe the methods of urbanization process.
