摘要
在饲料中添加非淀粉多糖酶可以消除非淀粉多糖的抗营养作用,提高能量利用率。其作用机理主要表现为破坏植物细胞壁、降低食糜的黏度、提高内源酶活性、增加肠道载体表达及减少有害菌繁殖,以保证动物健康。
The non-starch polysaccharide (NSP)enzymes can eliminate anti-nutrition of the non-starch polysaccharides when it is added into the feed, and can improve energy efficiency.The mechanism is that plant cell wall is damaged, viscosity of intestinal content is reduced, active of endogenous enzymes is improved, the intestinal carrier expression is incareased,harmful bacteria breeding is reduced, so NPS can keep animal health.
