摘要
[目的]研究不同激素配比对番茄下胚轴诱导与分化的影响。[方法]以番茄栽培品种03HN31为试验材料,通过对番茄下胚轴的离体培养,研究不同激素配比对番茄下胚轴愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化和根形成的影响。[结果]愈伤组织诱导和芽分化的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,有利于根形成的最适培养基为MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L。[结论]该研究为番茄转基因研究、亲本的保存以及快速繁殖等工作奠定了基础。
[Objective] Effect of plant hormone ratio on inducion and differentiation of tomato′s hypocotyls was studied.[Method] Hypocotyls of tomato were used for explant to study effect of plant hormone ratio on callus,bud induction and root formation.[Result] The experiment results showed that MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ IAA 0.2 mg/L was suited for callus induction and bud differentiation;MS+IAA 0.10 mg/L was suited for root formation.[Conclusion]It provided basic data for the establishment of rapid propogation,indigenous resources conservation and genetic transformation of tomato.
