摘要
以云烟87为材料,在盐源4个不同海拔烟区(1 600、1 800、2 000、2 400 m)进行烤烟大田栽培,研究了四川凉山烟区海拔对烤烟主要化学成分及中性致香物质的影响。结果表明,烟区海拔对烤烟主要化学成分及中性致香物质有明显影响,随海拔的升高,烟叶烟碱、总氮、苯丙氨酸类降解产物、棕色化反应产物、西柏烷类降解产物、中性致香物质总量等先升高后下降,其中烟碱、总氮、苯丙氨酸类降解产物、棕色化反应产物、中性致香物质总量的峰值出现在海拔2 000 m烟区,西柏烷类降解产物峰值出现在海拔1 800 m烟区;烟叶还原糖、总糖先下降后升高,最低点出现在海拔2 000 m烟区。
With Yunyan 87 as material,field experiments were conducted at the different altitudes(1 600,1 800,2 000,2 400m) in Yanyuan County,Sichuan Province to study the effects of altitudes on contents of chemical and aroma components of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The result showed that the altitudes had obvious influence on contents of chemical and aroma components of flue-cured tobacco leaves.When the altitude that tobacco planted had been enhanced,the contents in the flue-cured tobacco leaf of nicotine,the total nitrogen,phenylalanine,cembratriendiol,and the total neutral aroma components would all increase at first and then go down.The flue-cured tobacco leaf's contents of nicotine,the total nitrogen,phenylalanine,and the total neutral aroma components would reach the highest point when it had been grown at an altitude of 2000m.The flue-cured tobacco leaf′s products of browning reaction would reach the highest point when it had been grown at the altitude of 1 800 m.When the altitude that tobacco planted had been enhanced,the flue-cured tobacco leaf's contents of reduced sugar and the total sugar would go down at first and then increase.They would reach the lowest point when the tobacco had been grown at the altitude of 2 000 m.
