贵州省农村社会养老保障水平的适度性研究

Temperate Research on the Rural Social Old-age Security Level in Guizhou Province

贵州地处西部较为落后的山区,农村社会养老保障制度严重缺位。从定性和定量角度剖析了贵州省农村养老保障保障水平现状,指出现阶段保障制度的覆盖面窄、水平低,需要从新型农村社会养老保险制度的完善入手扩大农村社会养老保障制度的覆盖面和总体水平。

Guizhou is located in the western backward mountains.The social security system is seriously lack.The rural old-age security level in Guizhou was analyzed from qualitative and quantitative aspects.It was pointed out that the current old-age security system was narrow-coverage and low-level.The coverage and the overall level of rural social old-age security system should be expanded from perfecting the new rural social pension insurance system.
