摘要
剖析了村民自治中少数群体利益要加以特别保护的原因,提出了保护村民自治中少数群体利益的措施,以期在制度设计上加强对少数群体的保护。
The causes of special protection of minority group interests in the autonomy of villager were analyzed.Some measures for protecting the interests of minority group in the autonomy of villager were proposed,in order to strengthen the protection for the minority group into the system design.
