Primary Discussion on the Character and Adjusting of the Rural Legal Order in China under the Social Transformation Conditions

我国的特殊国情决定了农村社会的改革始终处于整个社会体制改革的关键地位。从政治、经济、文化阐述了社会转型下我国农村现状,剖析了社会转型条件下农村法律秩序的特征,提出农村社会构筑兼具现代性与地方性的法律秩序是农村实现法治现代化的路径选择。

Our country′s specific realities has decided rural community′s reform is in the essential status of entire social system reform.The current situations of the country in China were studied from the politics,economy and culture.The characteristics of the rural legal order under social transformation were analyzed.It was proposed that the building the legal order with both modernity and local trait in the rural society was the route choice for realizing the legal modernization in rural areas.
