摘要 市政基础设施是城市系统的重要组成部分,其节能减排对于全球减排工作和城市可持续发展具有重要意义,确定准确有效的碳排放核算方法是市政基础设施节能减排的关键。文章从市政基础设施工程自身的特殊性分析了其碳排放的核算特征和核算对象;从系统构成和生命周期两个角度对市政基础设施的碳排放量构成进行分析;最后确定市政基础设施的碳排放量核算流程与方法。 Municipal infrastructure is one of the most important parts of a city system.Energy saving and carbon emissions reduction are significant for the global emissions reduction work and urban sustainable development.It is critical to formulate an accurate and effective accounting method for the carbon emissions.Accounting characteristics and accounting objects of carbon emissions were analyzed according to the specialties of municipal infrastructures.Carbon emission constitutions of municipal infrastructure were analyzed from two perspectives of system composition and life cycle.Carbon emissions accounting process and method for municipal infrastructure were determined.
