Study on the Supply Model Selection for the Highway Infrastructure

文章界定了公路基础设施供给模式的内涵,采用因果分析法从区域经济、经济效益、社会效益、市场成熟度和配套政策法规5个方面对影响公路基础设施供给模式选择的因素进行定性定量分析,建立了供给模式选择模型的评价指标体系。以沪苏浙高速公路江苏段项目为例,运用灰色关联评价法进行基础设施供给模式选择的实证分析,从而选出最优模式。

The connotation of the supply model of the highway infrastructure was defined.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the factor influencing the supply model were conducted from five respects： regional economy,economic efficiency,social benefit,market maturity,and the matching rules and regulations by using the causal method.The evaluation index system of the supply model for the highway infrastructure was established.Taking the Hu-Su-Zhe highway Jiangsu section project as an example,the gray colligation evaluation was used to analyze the highway infrastructure supply model to select the optimal model.
