禽沙门氏菌毒力岛标志基因研究与mgtC基因序列分析 被引量:8

摘要 根据GenBank发表的沙门氏菌毒力岛(SPI)基因序列,设计扩增SPI-1、SPI-2、SPI-3、SPI-4、SPI-5核心蛋白的基因PCR引物,建立检测沙门氏菌毒力岛的PCR方法;以保存的30株禽源沙门氏菌标准菌株为参考,确定禽沙门氏菌毒力岛的主要类型为SPI-1(携带率83.3%)、SPI-2(携带率93.3%)、SPI-3(携带率100%)、SPI-4(携带率73.3%)、SPI-5(携带率86.7%),由此证明SPI-3可作为检测沙门氏菌的毒力标志。通过对3株沙门氏菌SPI-3的mgtC基因的序列分析,发现mgtC基因的高度保守性,进一步明确了mgtC基因可作为检测禽沙门氏菌的标志。
