急性非等容量血液稀释对直肠癌病人围术期Th1／Th2型细胞因子的影响 被引量：2

摘要 恶性肿瘤病人术前存在着不同程度的免疫功能抑制，手术、麻醉和异体输血又可进一步加重免疫功能的抑制，使术后感染和肿瘤复发、转移的几率增加。因此围术期对肿瘤病人采取适当的措施，尽量减少对免疫功能的干扰有着十分重要的意义。急性非等容量血液稀释（ANIH）不仅具有血液保护作用，还可提高肿瘤病人T淋巴细胞亚群水平。
