对叶百部茎叶化学成分预实验

目的:考察广西对叶百部茎、叶的化学成分。方法:化学成分系统预试法。结果:茎叶均可能含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖、多糖、苷类、有机酸、酚类、香豆素、内酯、生物碱等化学成分。结论:本试验为进一步进行该植物的生物活性成分研究提供了实验依据。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of the stem and leave from Stemona tuberosa Lour.in Guangxi.Methods： Systematic Preliminary Tests for chemical constituents.Results：The stem and leave may contain the chemical constituents such as amino acids, polypeptide,proteins,sugars,polysaccharide,glycosides,organic acids,phenols,coumarins,lactones,alkaloids.Conclusion：The results provide the experimental evidence for further study of active constituents of Stemona tuberosa Lour.
