健肾片中淫羊藿苷的体外溶出度研究

目的:以健肾片中淫羊藿苷为溶出指标,对加入不同崩解剂的健肾片进行崩解时间与溶出度相关性研究。方法:根据药典加挡板和不加挡板测崩解时间;溶出度采用转篮法,以淫羊藿苷为溶出指标,用HPLC法检测。结果:健肾片中选用不同的崩解剂影响其崩解时间并进一步影响其溶出度。结论:该法精确,稳定,重现性好,可作为该制剂溶出度的检查方法。

Objective：Icraiin in JS tablets as the dissolving indicator,correlation of disintegrating time and dissolution of JS tablets of dif- ferent disintegrants being added were researched.Methods：According to the methods of adding baffles anf without baffles to determine disintegrating time;Icraiin as the dissolving indicator,rotating basket method and HPLC method were applied to detection of dissolution.Results：Different disintegrants in JS tablets influenced theirs disintegrating time and dissolution.Conclusion：The methods was accurate,stability,good in ruggedness and can be served as the method of checking the dissolution of the tablets.
