摘要
目的:探讨慢性前列腺炎(CP)伴不孕不育患者精液质量及果特和PSA的变化。方法:研究对象均为男性CP患者。根据精液液化时间是否大于60 min分为两组:精液液化正常组22例,精液延迟液化组20例;另选择正常对照组15例。分析各组精液理化指标,并测定各组精浆中果糖和PSA的含量。结果:精液液化正常组、精液延迟液化组在精子密度、精子活率、活动A级和活动A+B级较正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PSA浓度较正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。精液延迟液化组果糖含量较正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CP可以引起精子质量降低和化学组分的改变,有可能影响精液的液化过程,导致男性不育。
Objective:The aim of this article was to discuss the variety of semen criterion, seminal plasma fructose and PSA levels in the chronic prostatitis (CP) patients with infertility. Methods: A total of 42 CP patients were enrolled and classified into group A and B. 22 patients of group A with normal semen liquefaction and 20 patients of group B with semen delayed liquefaction were examined. We also added another 15 cases as the control group. We analysed biochemical criterion of. semen, fructose and PSA levels in each group. Results:Sperm density, Sperm motility, a grade motile sperm concentration in group A and group B were significantly lower than group C(P〈0.01). The PSA significantly lower than group C(P〈0.01). Seminal plasma fructose in group B was low er than group C(P〈0. 01). Conclusions:Chronic prostatitis can cause decreased sperm quality and biochemical composition changes, which may affect the process of semen liquefaction and lead male infertility.
