A Telemetery System for Neural Signal Acquiring and Processing

摘要 记录和分析动物行为中的脑电特征是脑-机接口(BCI)研究中的关键技术。同步记录动物行为和提取特征性脑电信号能帮助我们了解神经系统的复杂活动,为此本文建立了一个基于自由活动动物脑细胞外放电研究实验的系统。该系统内容包括:神经电极和微驱动器的制备,信号处理的模拟前端,可编程片上系统(PSoC),短距离无线通讯以及用LabVIEW作为编程语言的计算机信号处理与显示界面。 Recording and extracting characteristic brain signals in freely moving animals is the basic and significant requirement in the study of brain-computer interface(BCI).To record animal's behaving and extract characteristic brain signals simultaneously could help understand the complex behavior of neural ensembles.Here,a system was established to record and analyse extracellular discharge in freely moving rats for the study of BCI.It comprised microelectrode and micro-driver assembly,analog front end(AFE),programmer system on chip(PSoC),wireless communication and the LabVIEW used as the platform for the graphic user interface.
