复方丹参预防沙利度胺引起静脉血栓症的临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）包括深静脉血栓形成（DVT）及肺栓塞（PE），是一种严重威胁生命的疾病。美国临床肿瘤学会癌症患者静脉血栓栓塞防治指南指出，肿瘤患者尤其是卧床及住院接受化疗期间发生VTE的风险极高，并且早期病死率高。与其他癌症相比，多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者往往具有发生VTE的多种危险因素，发生VTE的风险更高。
